7/12/07 -- TICKETS FOR BUCKS/CREW/BECKHAM ALMOST SOLD OUT!
Rochester, MI (July 12, 2007) -- The Michigan Bucks announced today that there are less than 30 ticket packages available for the two Major League Soccer matches in Columbus and the Bucks/Ft. Wayne Fever game. Lower level midfield tickets for the Sunday July 22nd doubleheader between the PDL Champion Bucks and Ft. Wayne (1:00 kick off), followed by the MLS Columbus Crew/Toronto FC match (5:00 kick off) are only $26. The package also includes a lower level sideline ticket for David Beckham’s only scheduled appearance in Columbus this year with the LA Galaxy on September 30. These tickets are $26 each as well, so the price of each ticket package is only $52 and available for sale now on the Bucks web site. The last few sets of tickets will be sold on a first come, first serve basis. The Crew have announced that the September 30 game featuring English superstar Beckham has been sold out to the general public and the only tickets left for sale are behind the goal and sold in three game packages. As the minor league affiliate of the Crew, the Bucks have not only been invited to play their last regular season home game in Columbus, but have been given the opportunity to offer their fans these much coveted quality seats for both dates.
The Great Lakes Division leading Bucks will look to clinch a playoff spot for the eleventh time in twelve years this Saturday night when they take on the West Michigan Edge at Lake Orion High School (7:00 PM kick off). Tickets for Saturday night’s match are $10 Adults (16 and over) and $5 Youth (under 5 free) and are available at the gate. The Bucks final regular season home game in the area will be Friday, July 20th at Rochester High School (7:00 PM) when they will take on the Toronto Lynx. The Bucks then close the regular season schedule with a “home” game at Columbus Crew Stadium against the Ft. Wayne Fever on Sunday, July 22nd.
